By mid-January, nearly 80% of people have already started to drift away from their New Year’s resolutions—often because staying motivated alone is hard.

That’s where community makes a difference. At Palace Coral Gables, Fitness Assistant Carlos B. is a familiar face of encouragement, reminding residents that progress isn’t about perfection. His advice for the New Year is simple and steady: “Keep going and never stop.”

Surrounded by neighbors who show up together, cheer each other on and keep moving forward, staying active becomes part of everyday life, not a resolution that fades.

Palace Coral Gables residents love tapping into their creativity during a weekly art class, where imagination flows and every project becomes a form of self-expression.

Our painting class offers the perfect blend of creativity and connection, welcoming both beginners and experienced artists. Residents enjoy exploring their artistic side while spending time with friends, and there’s always excitement around sharing and showing off finished pieces. The class is as much about self-expression as it is about the joy of creating together.
