Foodie Dump 👋🏼

The last few months have been all about figuring out my next career move. I officially signed with two telehealth companies and everything starts this week 🙃

In the middle of that, I’ve also been dealing with a few health issues (I’m fine, not dying lol). But it’s been a really good reminder to listen to your body and advocate for yourself. I feel like so many people especially women push off their health thinking, “Oh that’s normal” or “I just need to push through.” A lot of what I’ve been feeling was actually validated through proper testing. More on that soon.

Aside from that, I’ve been eating good. I had my first Michelada and omg I love it so much. Dry January clearly didn’t go as planned lol.

For fitness, I’ve been sticking to movement that feels good right now: Lagree and running.

Eventually I’ll be back to regular posting, but right now I’m just living life and focusing on my health and career.

Oh & I attempted to make cinnamon buns from scratch they came out like scones lol (dough pictured)

First day back at work ✨

A long one, but such a good day. Set new goals with clients and welcomed some new faces on board — feeling grateful and energized.

Sharing my health + fitness goals for the new year 🤍
Nothing drastic, just building on what’s already working:

• 3 days of strength training
• 2 Lagree days (adding one extra day this year)
• 20 minutes of incline walking on lifting days
• 7 AM morning walks (30–45 min) for my mental health
• Read 1 book per month

Also continuing to brick my phone.
When I was in the DR, I had zero social media access and honestly… it was amazing. I felt present, calm, and actually finished my book 📖

I’m considering staying offline 6 days a week and checking in on Sundays with weekly updates to stay connected with clients, friends, and family.

Seven days into the year and I already feel rested, grounded, and present exactly how I want to move through 2026.

Traveling home for the holidays can feel stressful, especially when it throws you off your routine. But don’t worry—you can still stay somewhat on track while enjoying your time with loved ones! 💫

✨ Tip 1: Look for a local meal prep service to grab healthy meals for those in-between moments when you’re not with friends or family. This saves you from the stress of cooking! Some of my favorites include Healthy Meals Direct, Factor, and Blue Apron.

✨ Tip 2: Check out local fitness classes nearby! I love using for this—it’s so much easier to walk into a class than to motivate myself to navigate a new gym or figure out equipment while traveling.

✨ Tip 3: Stay mindful of your food choices when you can, but don’t restrict yourself! Enjoy this time with family and friends—balance is key.

💡 Top Tips for Weight Loss Success 💡

Looking to lose weight? Here are my go-to tips to get started:

Nutrition First 🥦🍗 – Stick to 3 meals a day: ½ your plate non-starchy veggies, ¼ lean protein, and ¼ healthy carbs (think starchy veggies or whole grains).

Move More 🚶‍♀️ – Simple daily movement like walking can make a huge difference. Just get moving!

Plan Ahead 📅 – Meal prep is key! A little planning throughout the week can help you avoid poor food choices.

Cut Back on Alcohol 🍷 – Alcohol isn’t your friend when it comes to weight loss. Reducing it from day one can really speed up your progress!

Lastly, Consistency is everything! 💪
