Taking more supplements isn’t always the answer.
Sometimes a “deficiency” is a signal—not the root problem.
If you’ve tried magnesium, B vitamins, zinc, iron… and still don’t feel better, your body may be under a hidden load—stress, toxins, gut imbalance—that’s burning through nutrients faster than you can replace them.
So the real question isn’t what to add…
It’s what to remove or support first.
This is why I focus on identifying system stress, supporting drainage + digestion, then rebuilding with targeted nutrients that actually stick.
I’m now adding muscle testing, paired with functional testing, to stop guessing and get to root causes.
