I haven’t touched Botox in over two years.. and this is the stack that made me quit. 🫶

The glow peptide stack was a miss for me - certain combos can break down in the vial, so I keep mine separate.

My Wolverine stack I do together, it’s stable, synergistic, and saves me a step.

The copper peptide I do on its own and it’s my personal go to for supporting skin, hair, and natural collagen. Since discovering it, botox hasn’t been part of my routine and my skin’s honestly never felt or looked better.

Your “healthy” protein bar has more sugar than a Snickers.

Walked through every protein bar at and not one made the cut.. sugar disguised as fuel, filler ingredients, and a protein and fiber count that’s barely worth mentioning.

My favorite protein bar? Parmesan cheese - high protein, low carb, one ingredient, and your body actually knows what to do with it.

Bottom line: don’t get your meals from a bar

Your grocery store is full of traps 👀

Let’s be clear, the grocery store is not designed with your child’s health in mind. It’s designed to sell.

The brightest colors, the cartoon characters, the eye-level placement - all of it is intentional, and it’s aimed directly at your kids.

What’s actually inside those products? trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, and then there’s “natural flavors” - one of the most vague terms the FDA allows on a label (it can mean almost anything).

Now think about what that does to a small body: blood sugar spikes, the mood crashes, the inflammation starting younger and younger.

So you need to know how to read the label, check the sugar, check the fats, ask what “natural flavors” is actually doing in your child’s snack.

Your kid deserves better than what the food industry decided was good enough 💛

Most of us aren’t doing anything “wrong.”

We’re just using the products we grew up with - the plastic containers, the non-stick pans, the scented candles, the tea bags we never thought twice about.

But your skin, your mood, your cycle, your energy are all downstream of what you’re putting in and around your body every single day. Small exposures add up.

Clean ingredients, gut-friendly swaps, and brands i actually trust from Publix Super Markets 🫶

Quick rule I tell all my clients when grocery shopping:

Flip the package over, the front is marketing, the back is the truth.

Look for short ingredient lists with whole, recognizable foods listed first. and don’t fall for buzzwords like “natural”.

If the ingredient list is still full of fillers and seed oils, it doesn’t matter what the label says.

Always choose organic when you can. fewer pesticides, no synthetic additives, and higher nutrient density.

Here’s the thing no one wants to hear: the best water bottle you own is the one you fill yourself. 💧

Reverse osmosis water with added minerals, stored in glass or stainless steel, is genuinely the gold standard. Most bottled water either lacks essential minerals, contains concerning levels of contaminants, or leaches microplastics from the plastic itself. So you’re paying a premium for something that is often tap water in a bottle.

Here is what actually matters to me as a clinician: I run heavy metal testing with my clients, and I cannot tell you how many times I have traced elevated levels back to their daily water consumption. It is not always dramatic exposures. Sometimes it is the water brand they have been drinking for years because it seemed “clean.”

The 5 things I swear by for the deepest REM sleep of my life.

Everything starts with how well you sleep. REM is where your body does its real work. It’s when you repair tissue, regulate hormones, strengthen your immune system, etc.

You can be in bed for 8-9 hours and still feel exhausted if you’re not actually reaching those deep cycles. These are my tried and true habits that get me there every single night.
