Yep, 🙄 it’s true — it’s hard as hell to find a comfortable position after Lipo360/BBL. And let’s be honest, surgery is not a one-size-fits-all situation! You really have to find what works best for you. 💆🏾‍♀️✨

If you’ve recently had surgery and can’t seem to get comfortable, try this position. Many of my dolls love it because it helps relieve pressure and tension off the lower back and your freshly lipo-ed abdomen.

💡 Tip: If your knees start to hurt, kneel on a super soft, fluffy pillow or blanket for extra support & comfort.

And if you’re planning your surgery, cut out the guesswork and let Bodies by Grace handle the details. Your only focus should be on healing and recovery. We’ll take care of the rest. 💖
