The hardest part about being high performing while not feeling well is I really had to hide how I felt. I really knew that I had a lot to get done and I just needed to get it done, so I forced myself to go harder and faster. Now I realized I didn't need to do that. I didn't need to push through and fake it. I just needed to find the root cause of the problem and resolve it.
So that way I can be free, and I can operate in a calm and peaceful place without the stress and the agony of hiding all of these intense feelings that I was having at the time.
