Protein Fruit Salad — sweet, refreshing, and 15g of protein per serving!
Perfect as a snack or dessert.

Here’s what you’ll need (full batch):
➡️2¼ cups Greek plain non-fat yogurt
➡️34g marshmallow protein powder (RYSE)
➡️10 tbsp zero-sugar whipped topping
➡️1 cup grapes
➡️1 cup sliced strawberries
➡️ 1 medium banana

Mix everything together, chill, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
• 1/2 cup nut butter
• 1/4–1/2 cup almond or oat flour
• 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (add more for thicker consistency)
• 2–4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
