I get that it seems “easier” to just try the progesterone, Clomid, Letrozole, IUI, and p*e on a million strips…

But you already know that’s not the case since it’s been MONTHS maybe YEARS and you still don’t feel any closer to conception…

In fact, you probably feel further away from it.

But, it’s not that your body can’t do it.
It was designed for this.

I get it. It’s early AF and coffee at 4 or 5AM is the only thing that sounds good 😅

But, the caffeine without food is only putting your body under MORE stress (beyond the stress it’s already under for waking up at 4am 👀😬😅)

You need to give your body some fuel before getting your day started — protein, fat, fiber and carbs — and definitely before having your cup of coffee.

This will help it feel safe first thing, which is exactly what’s required for you to conceive naturally 👊😉

Because we’re about to make 2026 the year you stop doing all of that and get pregnant the natural way 😜

Here’s what you’re gonna do:
⚡️GET ENOUGH NUTRIENTS.

Here’s how:
☁️ ONE — EAT ENOUGH.
If you’re calorie-counting to maintain or lose weight, chances are you’re not eating enough 😬

You don’t have to track every f*cking thing you eat — I never have, don’t imagine I ever will — but you do need to give your body the energy it needs to produce estrogen & progesterone.

If your body isn’t getting enough fuel, it will prioritize survival over reproduction— AKA your body won’t feel safe enough to ovulate (or make a baby).

☁️ TWO — EAT THE MUTHAFRIGGIN’ RAINBOW.
You need VARIETY, because variety = nutrients, and nutrients are non-negotiable when you’re TTC.

Folate, iron, omega 3s, antioxidants — these help balance hormones, improve egg quality, & nourish the uterine lining for implantation.

You can take a quality prenatal, & a cocktail of supplements, but your body will NOT absorb these as well as it absorbs nutrients from real WHOLE foods. Supplements do NOT replace food.

☁️ THREE — PRIORITIZE NUTRIENT-DENSE FOODS.
Foods with a lot of BANG for their buck (lots of nutrients per bite): eggs, liver, meats, bone broth, fruits, veggies, seafood, & full-fat dairy🤌

When you adjust the way you’re eating on a DAILY basis, so you’re giving your body enough energy & nutrients, it will feel safe enough to ovulate, conceive, and hold onto a healthy pregnancy.

Your body needs to feel safe in order to make a baby and it will when you support your hormones with the right diet and lifestyle habits — so you’re getting enough nutrients, balanced blood sugar, regulating your nervous system, supporting your gut and liver, and moving consistently with the phases is your menstrual cycle.

I hear it from women TTC all the time...

They’re jumping through hoops doing all the s**t they think they’re supposed to - testing, labs, progesterone, Clomid, Letrozole, IUI, p*eing on test strips,...

LET’S RECAP this TTC MEAL AUDIT👇

☁️ONE
Eat breakfast within an hour of waking and make it bigger.

If you aren’t giving your body enough fuel first thing in the morning, it won’t feel safe enough until you do.

Fueling with enough of the right calories within an hour of waking, stabilizes blood sugar, regulates cortisol levels, and signals safety — all necessary for conceiving and maintaining a pregnancy.

☁️ TWO
Make lunch a real meal, not a snack plate.

Processed deli meats and refined carbs lack nutrients and fiber, keep your blood sugar unstable, and keep your body in a stressed state that can impact fertility.

Build a complete lunch with protein, fiber-rich carbs, healthy fats, and colorful veggies so you stay satisfied 3–4 hours and give your hormones what they need to function optimally.

☁️ THREE
Add more volume at dinner (especially some complex carbs)

A “light” dinner — like ¼ of a salad kit with chicken sausage — leaves you hungry a couple hours later and reaching for a carb-heavy snack. That spikes blood sugar before bed and messes with your sleep… which your body needs to conceive and sustain a pregnancy.

Build a full, satisfying dinner with complex carbs (potatoes, quinoa, squash), quality protein, and veggies. You’ll stay full through the evening, support blood sugar overnight, and give your reproductive hormones the fuel they need.

☁️ FOUR:
Eat every 3-4 hours and around the same times every day.

Going long stretches without eating or eating at completely different times each day keeps your body in stress mode — and a stressed body will not prioritize making a baby.

Consistency regulates cortisol, stabilizes blood sugar, and creates the safety your body needs to ovulate and sustain a pregnancy.

You don’t need another list of “fertility foods,” friend. You need personalized feedback.

You think you’re addressing the root-cause of your trouble conceiving, but if “your root-causes” don’t have anything to do with your habits...you’re not 😬

PCOS = symptom
insulin resistance = symptom
trouble conceiving = symptom

believing your PCOS is your root-cause, so you can’t fix it and have to supplement in order to conceive…..is exactly why you aren’t pregnant yet or haven’t been able to to hold onto a healthy pregnancy.

youre not having trouble conceiving because you have PCOS.

you’re having trouble conceiving because you haven’t addressed the root-cause of your
PCOS (for example, blood sugar dysregulation).

it’s not your fault though.
Your doctor never taught you this…

But here’s the THANG A LANG:
when you get to the bottom of what’s causing your hormones to be off balance in the first place (blood sugar dysregulation, stress, a sluggish liver, gut imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, etc...), that’s when you can take action that will actually get you results.

Yes. Taking the progesterone your doctor prescribed *MIGHT* help you conceive and hold onto a pregnancy...
(although, I’ve heard from so many women who have tried this for months and still didn’t get pregnant).

But, ultimately you are NOT “fixing” sh*t this way.
Your body isn’t producing enough progesterone on its own for a reason.

Are you really just going to ignore it and take a supplement temporarily? Only to continue having the same problem again after you have your baby??

Low progesterone = irregular cycles, painful
periods, insomnia, headaches, anxiety, depression, low s3x drive, ovarian cysts, trouble conceiving (again) and recurring miscarriages.

I get that you want NOTHING more than to make this happen right now…

But, there IS another way that actually addresses why your body isn’t producing progesterone as it should naturally FOR GOOD 🤌

You don’t need another round of hormone testing to get pregnant naturally…
