I hear it over and over again from women who have been trying to conceive for MONTHS…

“My test strip says I’m positive, but my app says I’m not fertile.”
“My test strip says I’m positive… so why am I not getting pregnant?”
“I got a peak result — didn’t that mean I ovulated?”

Here’s the thang a lang👇

LH strips only tell you that your body attempted to ovulate — not that ovulation actually happened.

They measure a surge in LH (luteinizing hormone), which usually rises as ovulation approaches…
but real life sh*t can interrupt that process — stress, travel, sickness, poor sleep,…

All these can delay or stop ovulation, even after a positive LH test.

Which is why so many women are p*eing on strip after strip, doing it when they get a positive result, and still not getting pregnant.

Because a positive test DOES NOT confirm ovulation.
Your basal body temp and cervical mucus do.

If you’re not seeing a clear shift in temps from mostly low to mostly high, and you’re not confirming ovulation, your body is telling you it does not feel safe enough to ovulate.

And THAT 👆needs to be the focus.

Because if you knew ovulation didn’t happen, you’d avoid the anxious 2-week wait and monthly let-down…

If you’re trying to conceive, and you have no idea how to track your basal body temperature…

How to interpret your temp chart…

Your basal body temperature gives you real-time information straight from your body.

When you know how to track and interpret it, you can CONFIRM ovulation has happened — and exactly WHEN.

Instead of relying on apps, devices, & test strips that are just making predictions, causing confusion, and making you think you ovulated when you actually didn’t 👀😬

LH strips measure a surge in luteinizing hormone which typically happens prior to ovulation.
So, p*eing on them only PREDICTS that ovulation is likely.
It can’t confirm that it happened — or when.

You spent the better part of last year trying to make a baby.
Doing everything they told you to do…

I get that you’ve been trying to conceive for MONTHS...

that you’ve been doing all the friggin things they say you should & it’s just not happening.

If you don’t produce cervical mucus…

It could be drug-induced (hormonal BC, antihistamines, fertility drugs like Clomid...)

Or it could be because your hormones aren’t being produced and regulated optimally.

Because if they were, estrogen would rise in your follicular phase and peak during ovulation.

As a result, you’d produce enough fertile-quality mucus.

If that’s not the case, your hormones are off.

And they’re imbalanced because they’re lacking support...

They need:
☁️ enough fuel & nutrients
☁️ stable blood sugar
☁️ a regulated nervous system
☁️ a healthy gut & liver

You are fertile for about 6 days out of your menstrual cycle 👏
(if your hormones are working as they should be) 

And you can identify when you’re fertile (and when you aren’t ) by tracking and interpreting your cervical mucus.

You don’t want to rely on apps and ovulation strips to tell you when you’re fertile.

Because yeah, you can track your cycle with 3 different apps, but I bet their predictions are all different…
one says you’re “likely” fertile tomorrow while another says you aren’t for another 3 days.

Yeah, you can p*e on strips, but this is only going to tell you that ovulation is “likely” to occur in the next 24-36 hours. Meanwhile 4 days have passed in which you could’ve been making a baby…

This is how women end up missing their fertile window over and over again…

getting frustrated as fckkkkkkk, thinking something’s wrong with their body, wondering why it’s taking so dang long to get pregnant — when really, it’s just a timing thing LOL

prenatal, COQ10, plant-based, carnivore,
no carbs, no sugar, no dairy,
coffee enemas, juices, beef liver supplements…😅

NOT. THE. MAIN. FOCUS.

Can beef liver supplements be great?
YES.

But only on top of a diet that keeps your body feeling safe, fueled, and supported enough to regulate hormones and prioritize fertility 👊

Most women are trying to optimize with powders, meal plans, protocols, and fancy supplements…

while quietly under-eating, skipping meals, spiking blood sugar, running on caffeine — and wondering why ovulation is inconsistent, cycles are whacked, energy is trash, and getting (or staying) pregnant feels harder than it should.

What your body actually needs is consistent NOURISHMENT:
☁️ whole foods
☁️ enough food
☁️ eaten consistently
☁️ in a way your life can actually sustain

Not saying you HAVE to buy direct from an organic farm in order to get pregnant (even though this is the standard I personally hold now 😉).

But, I am saying you need to give your body enough nutrients to cycle regularly, ovulate consistently, conceive naturally, and sustain a healthy pregnancy.

That’s not coming from supplements your body doesn’t fully absorb or strict diets you can’t (nor want) to maintain long-term.
That comes from real fcking food that gives your hormones (and future babies) what they actually need 🚀

A “hack” is an unconventional shortcut to solving a problem.

And that’s what taking Mucinex everyday in order to get pregnant would be.

If you don’t care how pregnancy happens...
If you don’t care that doing this isn’t changing sh*t about your hormone health & your ability to sustain a healthy pregnancy...

By all means try it 😅

But, it’s not going to change the fact that your body is not producing enough fertile-quality mucus on its own.

It’s not going to change the fact that you aren’t producing the right amount of estrogen prior to ovulation.

If you want to get pregnant fast because your body is healthy enough and your hormones are functioning well -

simple shifts in your habits will do it for you.

And no, eating “clean” isn’t enough 👀🤭
