you’ve been TTC for MONTHSSSS and you’re
emotionally & mentally drained at this point - from trying it alll….

testing, taking progesterone, p*eing on strips, forcing s*x, & preparing yourself to spend a sh*t ton on IVF treatments.

Meanwhile, consistently eating the right breakfast could’ve had you pregnant by now 👀🤭

So you’ve always been good at everything because you TRY to be good at everything…

But you’ve been TRYING to make a baby for months now & it’s just not fcking happening for you (yet).

You’re doing all the thang a langs:

☁️p*eing on LH strips to catch ovulation…
✨taking the high-quality prenatal, COQ10, Magnesium, & Vitamin D,…
☁️having more protein at breakfast & caffeine after eating…

And still every cycle ends the same way — with no baby and a growing sense of shame.

My approach to supplements?

For one thing…
I work WITH my clients. We’re a team.
Yes I make recommendations. I give my honest opinions. But, ultimately it’s YOUR body.
And YOU need to feel good about the approach.

That being said…
You won’t catch me recommending supplements out of thin fcking air because in Holisticaited Land, we don’t do generic coaching.

we’re looking at the FULL PICTURE —
what symptoms are you experiencing?
what do your cycles look like?
what’s your basal body temp & cervical mucus showing us?
what’s your diet look like?
how are we adjusting the way you’re eating based on everything we know?
etc etc etc

Also, DIET will always take the cake.
In Holisticaited Land, what you’re eating, how you’re eating it, & how your body is absorbing it will always be prioritized over a supplement protocol.

Because without a solid foundation of eating habits that support your hormones, those supplements are just expensive p*e 😂

You’re doing your best to eat healthier…

You’re adding in greens, adding Maca to your smoothie, collagen to your coffee, having bone broth every day,…because you’ve heard these things help.

You’ve been taking all the supplements — you’ve tried different prenatals, COQ10, Magnesium, Vitamin D…because you read somewhere that they’d help.

And still — you don’t feel closer to it.
You don’t feel confident in the actions you’re taking.

I’ve NEVER p*ed on a single LH strip.
And yet, I still conceived within 30 days (twice)

And no, not because I was “lucky.”
Because I knew exactly WHEN I was fertile.

Peeing on strips to perfectly time conception? Not required.
And also…not even fcking accurate.

Here’s the THANG A LANG:

LH strips only measure your LH surge (which usually happens before ovulation) but ovulation can be delayed by stress, travel, sickness, workouts, sleep, etc.

Meaning you can get your big positive surge…and still not actually ovulate (aka you’re timing s*x wrong — over and over again)

Also, your fertile window is about 6 days long.
So, while you’re p*eing on strips obsessing over the perfect surge moment, you could’ve already had seggs a few times & conceived.

If you can identify your fertile window yourself, your chances of conceiving more than double 😏

Which is exactly why you need to shift your focus away from apps and test strips 👉 to learning how to track and interpret your basal body temp and cervical mucus patterns so you can identify your fertile window yourself and optimize your chances of conception 🤌

^This is ONE of the biggest mistakes I see clients making when TTC.

stop tracking your cycle with 3 different apps and p*eing on strips every day. I know you think it’s what you need to do to “time it right” — but these tools PREDICT ovulation, they don’t CONFIRM it — which means you’re likely missing your fertile window over & over again without knowing it.

☁️TWO
stop chasing quick-fix “solutions.” You can get the labs, ultrasounds, and bloodwork done, but if the only thing you walk away with is progesterone or Clomid and a “try this for 6 months and see”…you’re not addressing the root cause AKA you’re just prolonging the process.

☁️THREE
stop buying supplements and saving fertility-boosting teas and smoothie recipes when you’re still having a muffin for breakfast and skipping meals. They won’t do sh*t for you if your day-today habits don’t support conception in the first place.

☁️FOUR
stop saving TikTok vids, listening to podcast episodes on your way to work and screenshotting yet *another* list of “foods that boost egg quality” because DIY-ing your fertility journey has you burnt the F out. No clarity, no progress.

☁️FIVE
stop killing yourself in HIIT classes and running 5+ miles because “cardio.” I know you want to look good, but it’s keeping your body from feeling safe enough to ovulate, conceive, and hold onto a healthy pregnancy. Looking fit doesn’t mean you’re fit to grow a baby.

Sure, you might be ovulating every month BUT ovulation alone does NOT automatically qualify you for conception…

For starters…
Do you know FOR SURE that you’re ovulating every cycle? 😬

Or are you assuming you are because the strip you p*ed on indicated a surge in LH? or because you think you saw some creamy cervical mucus? or because your app said you were fertile?

^APPS and LH STRIPS DO NOT CONFIRM OVULATION.
You need to track both basal body temp and cervical mucus in order to confirm it. Otherwise, it’s speculation.

Now, let’s assume you ARE in fact ovulating…

While this is definitely required for conception to occur and while it’s a great sign…
it’s not the ONLY sign.

Egg quality matters.
S***m quality matters.
And so does your ability to produce enough progesterone to maintain a pregnancy.

Your body needs to feel safe enough not just to ovulate…
but to hold and grow a healthy pregnancy.

Which is exactly why you need to have the right diet and lifestyle habits in place when you’re TTC 🤌

Getting enough nutrients, balancing your blood sugar, regulating your nervous system, supporting your detox pathways don’t just ensure your body feels safe enough to cycle regularly and ovulate consistently…

They’re also required to HOLD a healthy pregnancy and grow a healthy baby.

So sure, you might be ovulating…
But if your habits don’t fully support your hormones, conception might not happen naturally.
And even if it does, your body might not be equipped to hold that pregnancy.

When you’re ready to make sure your body is NO DOUBT optimized to conceive & carry life…
