Residents, families, and friends of The Palace Suites were transported to Japan for an enchanting evening during our Chef’s Table: Tokyo Nights dinner. The patio was beautifully transformed into a Japanese garden adorned with glowing lanterns and cascading cherry blossoms, setting the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. Guests were serenaded by traditional Japanese music and entertained by elegant geishas, who brought charm and authenticity to the evening’s festivities.
The five-course menu was a true culinary journey through Japan, beginning with Zensai (Appetizers) that included traditional Miso Soup made with house-crafted dashi, silky tofu, and wakame; Chicken Gyoza, pan-fried and steamed to perfection; and Tuna Tataki, delicately seared Ahi tuna with sesame and wasabi sauce. Guests then indulged in the Chef’s Sushi Assortment and for the main course, diners savored an indulgent A5 Wagyu Tenderloin, pan-seared and served atop a wasabi-infused parsnip purée with demi-glaze.
It was truly a magical night under the stars—filled with beauty, flavor, and culture.
