Not every lip appointment starts with adding more filler. Sometimes, it starts with listening.

This client came in feeling unhappy with how her lips had changed over the years. The filler had migrated and no longer felt like her. With Alexandra Wiley, PA-C, the decision was made to dissolve first, give the lips time to reset, and then rebuild carefully with intention.

The final photo shows her lips right after treatment, using one syringe of Restylane Kysse. Nothing overdone, just thoughtful work focused on balance, shape, and long-term results.
