Congenital Torticollis
It is a condition in which a baby born with a shortened sternomastoid muscle, the baby’s head is tilted to one side and rotated to the opposite side.
CT might compromise the normal development of the baby, affecting areas such as visual, sensory processing, feeding, fine and gross motor skills.
Physical therapy is essential in restoring the function of the baby’s neck and to prevent delays in development.
