Boost your immune system and soothe your throat and sinuses with this all natural remedy.

Ingredients
2 garlic bulbs
1 large ginger root
Handful of turmeric root
Half of red onion
Raw honey
Instructions
Peel and cut the ginger, garlic and turmeric in pieces. Place all in a glass jar.
Pour honey over top.
Stir to ensure everything is covered.
Sit for a day or longer to allow the ingredients to infuse into the honey.
Store in fridge and it will last for several months. Take 1 tablespoons every morning.
