Our health center was honored to participate in the National Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS in Miami.

This meaningful week brought together faith leaders, community organizations, and advocates to reflect, support one another, and uplift those impacted by HIV/AIDS. Events like the Pastoral Prayer Breakfast and “Sing for a Cure” concert created space for connection, healing, and shared purpose.

Together, we continue building a healthier, more connected community.

Care Resource, alongside organizations from across Florida, met with congressional offices in Washington, D.C. to highlight the importance of continued support for HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs, including ADAP and Ryan White.

This visit was part of AIDSWatch 2026 — the nation’s largest HIV advocacy event.

Our leadership remains actively engaged in advancing policies that strengthen access to care and support the communities we serve.

💙 Health, Kindness, and Community in Action

Our health center was excited to participate in “Forces for Good Day” at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Day School - an inspiring event centered on empathy, kindness, and compassion in action.

Our Behavioral Health Services Manager, Giselle Mallon, MS, LMHC, led an engaging session on whole-person health, helping students understand that mental and emotional wellness are just as important as physical health.

Through partnerships with local schools and community organizations, we are empowering the next generation to prioritize wellness, connection, and care for others.

We are grateful to St. Stephen’s for the opportunity to support students as they put compassion and service into practice.
