Front desk assistant / Patient coordinator with at least one to two years experience . In search of a staff member who wants to be part of a growing team and our vision. Front desk and patient coordinator will be trained in the personal injury clinic setting . Staff member will work alongside the office manager and doctor to ensure all patient needs are met and prioritized.
Position requires a positive , ambitious attitude in our work environment while interacting with managers , owners and most importantly patients. Making them feel comfortable, prioritized and cared for.
A professional demeanor and tone is expected when communicating with outside providers , lawyers , insurance companies, interoffice personnel and managing partners.
Day to day tasks are :
Applying treatments as prescribed by the treating physician
Ensuring patients are compliant with doctor prescribed treatment plans and making accommodations when necessary to ensure patient satisfaction. Addressing obstacles and bringing it to the managers attention.
Ensuring doctor prescribed referrals are completed and patient is aware of same referrals.
Completing and updating the offices patient call list/ non compliant patient and ensuring it’s accuracy.
Receiving and addressing all office correspondence whether it’s email, fax , certified mail , Regular US mail or text .
