You’ve probably tried to fix your posture before.
Standing straighter. Pulling your shoulders back.
Trying to “sit properly.”

But your body keeps going back to what feels familiar.

That’s because posture isn’t only about how you look.

After working with so many women, I’ve seen the same thing again and again.

Grab a resistance band and a stool and let’s get those abs summer-ready! 💪🏻💪🏾

Whether you’re freshly postpartum or have multiple kids and little time, I can help you with simple, safe steps.
Resistance bands are perfect because they travel anywhere and give you the exact resistance you need.

Quick tip: loop the band around a sturdy object (stool, tree, pole), lie back, keep your lower back pressed down, and move slowly. 15–20 reps, repeat 3x.

Moms!! If you have not worked with a Pre/Postnatal Specialist, you might still have a separation of the abdominal walls and I encourage you only to practice breathing while holding the feet above your hips. Then slowly incorporate a bend upon inhalation, exhale to straighten.

Vacation or not, make time for YOU! ✨
