The Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine continues to earn national and international acclaim in clinical care, research, and education in the field of dermatology. We continue to rank among the largest and best residency programs in the United States and the largest and best full-time faculty of 23 and a very active and unique part-time paid voluntary faculty program as well as voluntary faculty. Whether you are a patient looking for information, a prospective resident or fellow, a physician looking for a dermatopathologist, a researcher in search of collaboration, a company in search of research opportunities, a community doctor interested in joining our voluntary faculty, or simply interested in the department’s incredible history and leadership, we hope this site will prove useful to you.

🩺 Surgical Hands-On Training
Refine your skills in nail surgery techniques and intralesional injections in a guided, anatomy-based setting.
🔬 Pathology Track — Work Directly with a Nail Pathologist
Explore the microscopic world of nail disease as you review real pathology cases alongside a leading nail pathologist.
Analyze true clinical specimens, correlate histologic and clinical findings, and strengthen your ability to diagnose complex nail disorders.
