As we head into the most magical (and let’s be honest… most cookie-filled) night of the year, we just wanted to send a little holiday cheer your way!

Thank you for trusting us with your spine, your posture, and all those “I think I slept wrong” emergencies throughout the year. We truly love caring for you — even if your back sometimes forgets to cooperate. 😉

Tonight, whether you’re wrapping presents, chasing excited kids around the house, or bending over one too many times to plug in Christmas lights (please lift with your knees!), we hope your back stays as jolly as the big guy in red. 🎅✨

This or That: Back Pain Edition 🧠🦴

We help patients with all kinds of back pain every single day, but we want to hear from YOU:

🔥 Upper Back Tension
Often linked to posture, stress, tight shoulders, or long hours at a computer. Many patients describe this as a “tight band” across the upper back or neck that can lead to headaches, stiffness, and reduced mobility.

⚡ Lower Back Pain
One of the most common issues we treat. This can show up from lifting, bending, prolonged sitting, old injuries, or general spinal misalignment. People often feel it as a dull ache, sharp pinch, or discomfort that travels into the hips or glutes.

At our office, we see both every day — and each type of pain can respond differently depending on the cause. That’s why identifying where your pain occurs is such an important first step in finding relief and creating the right care plan.
