If you’re like most of the women who come to me for support - you likely do not have an issue with discipline.

You’re not failing because you lack willpower or because you’re incapable of being consistent.

You’re struggling because you’re abandoning yourself.

And when you’ve spent your whole life believing you’re not worth prioritizing, your body learns to operate from that belief.

It explains why you stay stuck in the same loops.

No meal plan will work if you don’t believe you’re worth nourishing.

No workout program will stick if you’re using exercise as punishment.

I used to power through colds with meds.💊

Cold + flu combos. Decongestants. Pain relievers.
Anything to “shut symptoms down” so I could just keep going.

What I didn’t understand then:

Those meds weren’t actually supporting recovery, they were adding stress to a system already under load, especially my gut and liver.

Now? I do it completely differently.

When I feel something coming on, I slow down and make bone broth soup with organ meats.

Every time, my body recovers faster.
