I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in New York with a Master of Science in social Work in 2003, and became an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in 2004. I worked in hospitals and private practice in New York until I moved to Florida in 2007, where I continued in private practice to this day. I love what I do and I feel privileged to assist my clients in creating their emotional well being. My goal is to help you support yourself. I offer individual therapy to teenagers, adults and parents with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues.

Most of us will recognize aspects of this in ourselves and that’s ok. It depends how this play about in your life, in your relationships and how much stress it causes. This isn’t inherently bad or unhealthy, but the roots of it cause patterns that may not align at time in our lives and this awareness helps to understand not just the cause but the motivation, learned a long time ago, and how to be more in the present with your choices which creates the change

I have been a therapist for over 15 years. I offer individual therapy to teenagers, adults and parents with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues. Life is hard, and everyone needs support. We work together on the skills to support your emotional wellbeing.
