I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in New York with a Master of Science in social Work in 2003, and became an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in 2004. I worked in hospitals and private practice in New York until I moved to Florida in 2007, where I continued in private practice to this day. I love what I do and I feel privileged to assist my clients in creating their emotional well being. My goal is to help you support yourself. I offer individual therapy to teenagers, adults and parents with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues.

Sharing again as this week a lot of focus is on relationships, which can overwhelming as it is. A helpful focus is on connection, either with those around you or with yourself. Nothing wrong with taking yourself on a little date! It doesn’t matter what the relationship or connection is, maybe it’s your neighbors or co workers, or classmates, it doesn’t have to be deep but it’s exploring ways of engaging.

I have been a therapist for over 15 years. I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in New York with a Master of Science in Social Work in 2003, and became an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in 2004. I offer individual therapy to teenagers, adults and parents with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues. Life is hard, and everyone needs support. We work together on the skills to support your emotional wellbeing.
