In this case, we performed Lipo with Fat Transfer (BBL) using VASER with a very specific goal in mind — not to make things bigger, but to make them flow better.

The focus was on refining the waist and improving the transitions through the lower back and flanks, then adding just enough volume to the hips and buttocks to bring everything into balance.

These are subtle changes, but they completely shift the overall silhouette.
When the proportions are right, the result doesn’t look “done” — it just looks natural.
