Staying excited in your fitness journey isn’t always easy especially when you’re not chasing something specific.

& if you’re a mom? It’s even easier to just go through the motions.

Every time I start feeling like that I pause and ask myself
“what am I actually working toward right now and does it even align with the woman I’m trying to become”?

Because when you feel aligned everything changes!!

You stop waiting to feel motivated. You just show up because it actually matters to you.

Right now I feel really locked in 🔒

NOT because it’s perfect because it’s not lol. But because I know WHY I’m doing it

And that’s what makes it worth it

To the Mom who keeps telling herself “I don’t have time to work on myself”, yes 👏🏼 you 👏🏼 frickin’ 👏🏼 do! If you have 30 minutes, you have time. I snuck workouts in during nap time in the beginning of my postpartum journey. And only up until recently did I start going to the gym again. 30 minute workouts and a high protein diet helped me feel confident in my skin again. Today I’m 15m postpartum and feeling the strongest and most confident version of me! You can do it too 🩷
