Next time you walk into a fitness class, ask yourself:
• Did I walk in feeing like that girl?
• Did the playlist pass the vibe check?
• Did I flirt with my own reflection?
• Did I leave feeling hotter than when I walked in?
Group fitness is about energy. Talk to the person next to you, hype someone up, make a friend, have fun. That is the whole point.
