✨ Reflections from HapBE Valley ✨

Last week’s retreat at HapBE Valley Equine & Wellness Farm () in Asheville, NC was pure magic. 🌿

Together with my incredible co-facilitator, Katherine Finley (), and our special guest, Eti Jacoby (.jacoby.9), we guided seven amazing women through a powerful journey of presence, connection, and empowerment through the wisdom of the horses. 🐴

There was deep healing, energy work, and leadership exercises that helped each woman embody what true, authentic leadership means — leading with awareness, emotional intelligence, and compassion.

The grounds of HapBE Valley held us in their loving beauty — every tree, breeze, and heartbeat of the herd contributed to a space of comfort and transformation. 💫

For me, being in service to others through this work connects me to my highest purpose and fills me with an endless sense of gratitude.
