The wide variety of classes that we offer allow for each student to achieve maximum health; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We have something for everyone and all of our classes compliment each other in a way that leaves you fulfilled. Our Hot Yoga classes from a therapeutic standpoint go unmatched. Our Hot Vinyasa classes provide greater range of motion and flow, build upper body strength and always begins with a spiritual intention. Our Agni Hot HIIT classes are a high energy, high intensity, core focus, full body workout with bumpin' beats, oh so fun! Our Hot Powerhouse Pilates focuses on proper technique and alignment while getting a deep core workout. The Yin to the Yang? Our Yin, Sound Healing and Reiki gets you into sacred space of being, not doing. And Buti Yoga...well you will just have to come and experience for yourself! All of our our classes put the focus and intention on building mind, body, spirit connection. When you take a class, regardless of the reason you came to your mat, whether it be to heal from an injury, build strength, stretch, lose weight, release stress, etc, you take something away far greater than you could ever imagine.
