Thank for sharing this very important information. This week, the FDA issued warning letters to more than a dozen companies accused of selling counterfeited neurotoxins with brand names like Liztox, Toxsta, Botulax, and Wutox. Funny as we found those names, the experts aren’t laughing. Writer Marci Robin () reports that these unvetted formulas—some of which might not even be neurotoxins at all—could have wound up in the hands of unqualified injectors and the faces of their trusting patients. “Anyone who fancies themselves an injector can go through unofficial channels to get unvetted products under the radar,” she writes.
At the link in our bio , read up on everything we know about the FDA’s warning letters—plus, how to ensure that your injector is qualified and their formulas are safe. Because, as one board-certified dermatologist said on the matter, “This isn’t a knockoff Chanel bag. The stakes are way higher.” We totally agree.
