October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I wanted to take a moment to reflect in the importance of putting our health first, both as a doctor and as a women.

Our health is something we cannot put a price on, and on this month I want to contribute to raise awareness about the importance of getting our yearly mammograms done and send all my love, support, respect and admiration for the brave women that have battled or are still battling breast cancer.
