My teachers just reminded me of what my superpower is. I got lost in managing the business. From the smallest thing - the broken toilet - to the biggest thing - teaching. I got overwhelmed stressed & tearful. Owning a yoga business and being a yoga teacher gives you a unique lens. I know what the teachers need - sound, lights, towels, sequence, music …. & I want to help them. Then I see toilet paper missing or the little things. I got caught up in trying to fix it all. Then I was taking .yoga class - he told me to stay in savasana - & of course, something happeneded that I could have prevented. He said you need to let things happen so people grow. Today the lessons were plenty & the love an outpouring. My sweet gopi got my Kali self to chill - she told me, “Dawn you are a yoga teacher - you have wisdom this is your time to enjoy that” she took me down w an embrace that allowed me to cry out all the stress, and the reminder that my gift is teaching. was running around in a frog outfit - making everything make sense in some weird reality we are carving for ourselves - from the spiritual to the cosmic & ultimately into a state of yoga. I love - adore my team. Thank you ♥️ for reminding me of my Dharma.

How hard are you working? Do you need a little break? This retreat is intimate, approx 10 people. Yup that means lots of yummy assists by me and . Drinks on the beach. Massages, cool ceremonies (no plants🌱) dancing, tacos. Yoga obvi. The whole vibe is it. Come! Info is in my bio. April 23-26 🌮

Happy birthday . I remember when we met, it was postish Covid and the world was weird. You came to one of our outdoor classes and had this magical captivating energy. Your practice was and is magnificent & you were so open and jazzed to share all the tips and tricks. From that day on we’ve been friends. I love you sister - may this year bring joy. ♥️

Thank you - grateful - reset. We spent four days dropping in, making friends, breaking bread, tears, joy, swims, dancing … under the stars. It was another dimension… love to all♥️
