😍 My face as I walk back into to teach my first in person class after more than two months!!
While I’m grateful for the lessons the quarantine taught me, I am beyond grateful to be able to go back to work.
There is nothing that will ever substitute the in person connection between people. It’s a human need to touch, see, hear, smell.

Esta es mi cara mientras voy al estudio a enseñar mi primera clase en persona después de dos meses!!
A pesar de estar muy agradecida por las lecciones que la cuarentena me enseño, estoy mucho más agradecida por que hoy puedo regresar a trabajar.
No hay nada que puede substituir la conexión en persona entre los humanos. Es necesario sentir, tocar, escuchar, ver, oler.. en persona.

Enjoy the now, it’s the only real thing we have. Stand up for what you believe is right and do no harm. The change begins with US! With the only thing we control, our actions, our thoughts. We must lead by example.

Do you have a favorite book 📚? Those kind of books that you read more than once and every time you pick up something new?
I got a few, one of them being The Little Prince 🤴! Last week I got an early birthday present from and a book called “The Mastery of Love” ❤️by Don Miguel Ruiz. I might have a new favorite book. I’m half way through and I can’t wait to re read the book again.
I have to pause after some passages to really digest the deep meaning behind the words. So simple yet so profound.

Tienes un libro 📚 favorito? De esos libros que los lees más de una vez y que cada vez te enseñan algo nuevo?
Yo tengo algunos, entre ellos “El Principito 🤴”. La semana pasada recibí un regalo especial de y un libro llamado “La Maestría del Amor” ❤️ por Don Miguel Ruiz. Creo que tengo un nuevo libro que añadir a mi colección de favoritos. Voy por la mitad y no puedo esperar a empezar a leerlo otra vez.
Hay partes en las que tengo que pausar y respirar profundo para comprender la gran enseñanza detrás de esas palabras tan simples.

Do you prefer sunrise or sunset 🌅 ?
No sunset is the same. No view is the same. The only constant I’ve seen in my adventures chasing after sunsets in the past 4 years is the person I chase them with ❤️ and now Milo 🐶. To more sunsets like this ☀️🙌🏼

♥️ it’s a beautiful day to have a beautiful day.
My 33rd Birthday is coming up and I was so sad it would be spent in quarantine. I think that If I could make a wish for my upcoming birthday it would be to go to a /see the ocean and feel the sand under my feet (or hands).
Things that before were taken for granted are now priorities 💖.
PS the beach is still closed in Miami Beach and I didn’t trespass. This was taken a long time ago.

❤️ es un hermoso día para tener in día hermoso!
Mi cumpleaños número 33 está por venir y sabía que había la probabilidad de que lo pasaría en la cuarentena.
Si pudiera hacer un deseo sería ir al océano y tocar la arena con mis pies (y manos en este caso).
Las cosas que antes las dábamos por hecho, ahora son prioridades 💖.
PS: la playa en Miami Beach sigue cerrada, esta foto fue tomada antes.

And so it seems we are slowing going back to what we knew as “normal”
Some Business are starting to open today in Miami (with restrictions, but opening, nonetheless).
It’s exciting and scary at the same time. Part of me is tired of being held back and the other part of me doesn’t know if reopening is actually a smart move right now.
Fear is ruling the world! Should we let it rule ours? Or is it greed ruling the world and should we let it rule ours? So many questions, very few answer right now.
How are you feeling? Make sure you check in with yourself often.

Our first picture after a long quarantine and a long time of not visiting this special place. All I can tell you is that things may be different but they are still as special as the first day I walked in to this park ❤️ .
