This week Balance Yoga celebrates our 6th Anniversary. I want to thank my long time students and supporters who kept on practicing with us during most of the last 2 covid years. We are now ready to accept new (vaccinated) students. If you would like to begin a Yoga practice the classes are small and perfect for beginners. Classes are Mondays and Thursdays at 7.
