Strech those hips yall!๐ฏ๐ช
As we age we loose not only muscle tone, but also the flexibility of movement throughout the body certainly in the hips.๐
Thats why its so important to keep the legs strong. Lunches, squats and streching all play a role in helping with balance and flexibility. ๐ฆต
Legs feel tight in the groin?? You need to strech. When you first wake up in the am, lay in the floor or just do this before getting put of bed. ๐ซ
First start with some deep breathing exercises for about 5 to 10 minutes. ๐ฏ
Then, one leg at a time bring your knee towards your chest and as you are doing th8s movement exhale.
Then bring that same knee away from the body and strech.
Next do some 360 rotation ls of the hip
