Reiki is a part of my every day life. 🙌🏻
This spiritual practice has been quite literally, a life saving modality that I use every day for myself, my family & my clients.
The universal life force energy that is embodied & practiced is one of THE most beautiful, you can experience and these are the principles.
They should be exercised regardless of your use of Reiki or not. That's just my humble opinion.

Man, it's been a while... & I don't really vibe with the absence. But sometimes, we just can't help it.
For me, I needed a break because I lost focus of my true purpose.
(And tack on the fact that I had to move, so that reallllly took away my focus, but here we are. All moved in & ready to carry on)
But let me not digress & get back to it..
The past few years have been exceptionally revealing to me in what I need to heal & move through.
The experience of losing my mother, covid (let's not forget the emotional damage it has done well as physical) & walking with my twin sister in her breast cancer, lymphoma & stem cell journey with her..
They all displayed one MAJOR part of MYSELF that I had not realized was EVERYTHING.
I had been coasting my entire life without really looking at myself, like REALLY looking in the mirror.
No nose or b**b job could make me see it, it only masked it.
I hid behind the voice of others as to not ruffle feathers.
Not speaking my own truth.
I stayed in relationships & environments out of comfortability when they were really toxic.
But what was I actually doing??
What exactly am I showing my daughter??
My partner.. or most importantly..
To ME.
There comes a time where you say to yourself..
Enough is enough.
The MAIN theme here is SELF LOVE.
Having enough respect for yourself to speak your truth unapologetically (but respectfully)
To accept yourself just as you are in God's creation.
To be bold & hold yourself with high regard in your decisions & what you DESERVE.
That coasting mentality is so lame.
It's a cop out & we are all meant for so much more.
And it doesn't matter when you figure it out..
Just start.
(And btw, after I had my implants removed, I saved them to show my girl as a reminder to LOVE YOURSELF AS YOU ARE)
So as I continue to walk on my journey of Self love the purpose it to authentically share my truth, inspo & tools to help you as they do for me.

Did you know that our Over-All health is connected by Mind, Body & Spirit? Quite honestly, it all starts with our minds. What we feel, what we hold on to, our traumas, our experiences for good or bad... All of it. What I learned is that if we don’t get to the core of our issues, they manifest into physical illness.
Unfortunately I had to witness this for myself with my mother, when she had suffered from Ovarian Cancer from Nov 2017 till March 2019 when she transitioned. I understand now that my mother was truly a silent warrior and never had an outlet, a way to release whatever she was holding on to. She kept everything inside & to herself. She had an unbalanced energy sitting in her body and never did anything for release. I realized at the end of my mother’s life on earth, that there was a better way to take care of ourselves and that’s when my love for Reiki blossomed.
My love for Holistic Health has always been present & I’ve always opted for a natural alternative to some other things available. My love erupted, especially after my daughter was born & I felt called to make it my business to share with the world, anything I know & love & to serve mankind. I understand the importance of maintaining a Optimal & Healthy life style, physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually & It’s my wish to inspire you to do the same, especially since they all work together!
The Reiki Realtor emerged & I am now a Usui Reiki Master, channeling Energy Healing across the Globe, from one on one to long distance sessions. I’m diving into this even more and promise to share the new modalities that I learn. Next up Kundalini Reiki & Akashic Records!
