Recovery from plastic surgery doesn’t have to be boring ✨

To our pre-op and post-op patients taking a little break from alcohol — this season isn’t about missing out. It’s about taking care of yourself in a really intentional way.

Your body is doing a lot right now.
Healing.
Reducing inflammation.
Rebuilding.

Skipping alcohol for a few weeks truly helps:
• Less swelling
• Better sleep
• Smoother recovery
• Clearer skin
• More steady energy

And Friday night? We’re still making it cute. 💛

Here’s my favorite recovery-friendly mocktail when I want something fresh, tropical, and just a little special:

✨ Kiwi Yuzu Glow Mocktail

Ingredients:
• 1 kiwi
• 2 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice
• ALTINA Yuzu Spritz
• Squeeze of lime
• Fresh mint for garnish
• Optional: salt + lime zest rim

How to make it:
• Cut the kiwi in half. Slice one half into thin rounds.
• Peel and dice the other half.
• Add the diced kiwi to your glass and muddle until juicy.
• Add ice and pineapple juice.
• Top with Yuzu Spritz and stir gently.
• Finish with a squeeze of lime.
• Garnish with kiwi slices and mint. Add a salt + lime zest rim if you’re feeling a little fancy but remember it’s probably better to avoid salt.

Cheers to healing well and feeling good while you do it. 🥝✨
