Last year my Apollo told me about a girl at his school who he said “scared” him. When I asked him why. he responded “I don’t know, but when I look at her my heart beats fast.” 😱

I had the honor of meeting an actual war hero in office this week.

Have you ever heard of The Battle of the Bulge? The 101st Airborne Division “The Screaming Eagles”? Maybe you saw Saving Private Ryan. You may have even watched Band of Brothers.

These are stories about the people who kicked the N***s asses. This man is one of them. 🇺🇸

Unfortunately, there’s very few veterans still around from that time. At 101 years old (kind of poetic), Taylor Larimore is a living legend. He was paratrooper in WWII, and he lived those stories we’ve read and watched. 🤯

But that’s not all!

Then I learn he’s also a pioneer in investing. One of the original “bogleheads” (I had to research that), he’s written a number of books and is a thought leader in investment strategies. 💵

Also learned he was a civil rights activist and marched with Dr. King.

So of course I said “I gotta get a picture with you” and you wanna know what he said???

“I want one with you too…I read about you” 😊
