Something I’ve noticed in medicine over the years…

Many people aren’t struggling because they are unhealthy.

They’re struggling because they’ve been given confusing or incomplete health advice.

The human body is incredibly intelligent, but understanding it takes the right information.

That’s one of the reasons I enjoy teaching and sharing what I learn with patients and the community.
