Warm up your morning with this cozy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal recipe 🍂

Ingredients:
• 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1 ½ cups milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
• ½ tsp ground ginger
• ½ cup pumpkin puree
• ¼ tsp salt
• Optional toppings: walnuts, pecans, apple slices, bananas, blueberries, plain Greek yogurt, or dried fruit
Directions:

Add oats and milk to a small or medium pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Stir in the pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

Cook for 2–3 minutes, until oats are softened but not mushy.

Serve hot with your favorite toppings!
