Had a wonders time last night doing Karma Yoga, selfless action. We had Yoga and Sound Healing and all the proceeds went to help people who are going through cancer recovery. Having the next one in February. Thanks and for donating your time and expertise. Thanks to and for all that you do for those in need. Special thanks to for the great relationship and the help you give with your space and awesome staff.

Yoga teacher training is a journey into the Self and it’s one that requires discipline. The discipline and self restraints, Tapas, allows you to release your highest potential and root out what no longer serves you.
Next training begins September 27th, time to take that journey to the Self. Few spots still open, first early bird pricing gone today. Time waits for no one.
As you you cling the 8 limbs of yoga, you will learn restraint and observation (Yamas and Niyamas). Physical exercises (Asanas). Breath Control (Prana Yama). Withdrawal of the senses, introspection (Pratyahara). Concentration (Dharana). Meditation (Dhyana). Nirvana/Enlightenment (Samadi)
Before I reached Samadhi I was a fisherman, after Samadhi I’m still a fisherman.

Harvest full Moon Yoga and sound Healing this September 7th, 7-9pm at the Intercontinental hotel in Downtown Miami. It is on a Sunday so I have added an additional theme, Tea Dance under the Moon. Come and enjoy our vendors, Cacao Ceremony, Yoga and Sound Healing. We will dance, laugh and deepen the connection to our community.
