Meet Victor Gonzalez, our Employee Spotlight of the Month! Victor is a Home Care Coordinator who has been with Florida PACE Centers for five years. When asked about the most rewarding aspect of his role, he said, “The most rewarding part of my job is helping participants in the community, spending time with them in their homes, and letting them know that Florida PACE Centers truly cares. Sometimes, even a quick 30-minute visit can make someone feel seen, supported, and cared for.” When Victor is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. Victor’s best advice is, “Never lose sight of your goals, always make sure to do what you love, and consistently try to better than you were the day before." Thank you, Victor, for all your hard work and dedication to Florida PACE Centers.
