Senior Planet helps older adults build digital skills, stay connected, and access resources that support healthy aging through technology and community programs.
 
Our Care Navigator Yartiza Pearson led an engaging discussion on fall prevention, highlighting how simple daily habits, home safety strategies, and balance-focused activities can reduce risk and build confidence.
 
It was a meaningful session focused on helping older adults stay active, independent, and safe. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and bringing more valuable resources to our community.
