Courtney brings more than 16 years of senior living experience, with a strong background in operations, sales, and marketing. She has served in senior leadership roles, including Regional Director of Operations, supporting communities across the United States and leading successful community openings in both Florida and Atlanta.

Known for her dedication to operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and superior care, Courtney is passionate about building strong teams and delivering an elevated experience for residents and families.

The Dadeland area now has new option in senior living, as Allegro has completed construction and is now taking reservations. With a focus on purposeful and inspired living through lifestyle, activities and dining, Allegro offers luxury apartments and amenities. The community will host a variety of programming to promote emotional and physical wellbeing. A full-time Lifestyle Director will be on-site to orchestrate a wide variety of activities to include wellness, interest groups, local cultural experiences, culinary classes, happy hours and other special events.
