Last month, I had the honor of presenting a Mental Health Moment to a private organization 💚🤍💚—an experience I expected to be meaningful within the room. What I did not expect was for that presentation to be transformed into a published news article for News.

The article officially debuted at the annual Society of Richmond Heights Brunch, amplifying an important conversation around mental health and wellness in our communities.

Grateful for the opportunity, the platform, and the continued commitment to elevating mental health awareness.
