I was a total Ninja Creami skeptic... thought it’d be another gadget I’d return. A month later? This 238-calorie base is my EVERY SINGLE NIGHT dessert. It works in fat loss or maintenance, as you can adjust the calories based on your choice of milk and mix-ins.

It’s creamy like real ice cream, boosted with natural protein from Greek yogurt + a little protein powder, low sugar thanks to sugar-free jello as the thickener.

I prep 4-5 pints on Sunday and eat one nightly after dinner.

Full Recipe (1 Pint Base roughly, 238 calories:

Base Ingredients:
* 240g milk (nonfat/1%/2% for lower cals; nonfat keeps the calories down)
* 50g nonfat Greek yogurt (adds creaminess + natural protein)
* 7g sugar-free jello pudding mix (vanilla is my go-to; secret to thicker texture!)
* 15g protein powder (peanut butter is my favorite; vanilla/chocolate/strawberry work too)

How to Make It:
1. Add all base ingredients to your Ninja Creami pint. Blend smooth with an immersion blender (no lumps!).
2. Lid on, freeze 24+ hours (I batch prep multiple!).
3. Let sit 10 min at room temp (or run under warm water 1 min if impatient).
4. Spin on Lite Ice Cream setting.
5. Crumbly? Add 10-20g milk + Re-Spin.
6. Mix-ins: Stir in 15-30g chocolate chips (30g for me in maintenance, 15 grams works better in fat loss for me), then Mix-In cycle. Finish with 8-16g PBfit stirred by hand, optional but so good!

Mix-In Ideas: Chocolate chips, crushed cookies, fresh fruit, nuts, or honey drizzle. Adjust for your goals and calorie desire!

Motivation is a liar. 😏
It shows up for like 3 days… then vanishes
Lasting change doesn’t need motivation.
It needs simple, NON-NEGOTIABLES

Your brain will try to negotiate. Don’t let it. Just show up for the minimum.
That’s how real results happen: quietly, consistently, without waiting for “the mood” or perfect timing.

A typical day of eating for me these days (swipe over): balanced, satisfying, and full of foods I love (Currently in maintenance with the goal of building muscle after fat loss last year- this requires two different calorie approaches- at 2200ish calories/day! Each person is unique and as a coach I work with you to determine your calorie and macro needs based on your goals)

Four years ago, I kicked off my fitness journey terrified of carbs (see the first photos). I thought I wasn’t “eating enough,” so that’s why I was gaining weight. I knew “healthy” and “clean” eating inside out, but the truth? You can eat super healthy all day and still gain fat if you’re not aware of the basics! And most people are eating way more calories than they realize- the only way to gain fat.

I had no clue about calories or macros because I’d never truly tracked or understood Nutrition 101. Starting to log my food changed everything. It wasn’t restrictive: it was eye-opening. Tracking taught me how calories drive weight management (for everyone, no exceptions) and how to fuel properly with protein, carbs, and fats to feel great and change my body composition.

Awareness led to food freedom. I stopped seeing foods as “good” or “bad”. All foods fit when you know how to make them work. No more guessing, or fearing foods.

Right now, these meals fuel my maintenance phase perfectly. In a deficit (fat loss), my plates would look super similar, just with tweaks for more volume and fewer calories (think bigger salads, extra veggies, leaner proteins) to stay full while progressing.

Over these 4 years, I’ve lost 40+ lbs, built muscle, totally transformed my body composition... and my mindset around food. And that’s in my 40s, in perimenopause!

4-Year Transformation 💪

Late 30s → just turned 41 (deep in perimenopause).
Lost 40 lbs. Built muscle. Completely changed my body and health.

But… this didn’t happen from a few weeks of motivation. It never does, for anyone! No matter what people say online to sell their special program or supplement.

It came from YEARS of the “boring” basics:
→ Lifting weights consistently
→ Tracking steps & staying active
→ Tracking calories/macros (no guessing)

The excitement fades. And that’s where most people quit.

🌟 Start 2026 with a clear fitness roadmap – because a goal without a plan is just a wish.

If you have a big goal, you need to know exactly HOW to get there. T ’s why I’m working with my VIP FASTer Way clients right now to map out their entire 2026: the realistic timeline, the steps, the adjustments for life, travel, and everything in between.

The “secret hack” everyone’s looking for to finally lose fat, change their body, and feel amazing?
It’s not a magic supplement, a 75-hard challenge, a peptide or glucose monitor, or the latest viral workout.
It’s boring, unsexy CONSISTENCY with the BASICS.
Yet every single day I watch people chase shiny objects:

New diets
Fancy gadgets
“Biohacks”

…only to end up exactly where they started: frustrated, spending more money, and no closer to their goal.
As a coach, I see the same pattern on repeat, and my heart breaks because I know the answer and know what’s possible!
The people who actually transform?
They stop chasing squirrels 🐿️ and nail these 3 basics for months (and years- enough to become a lifestyle pattern), not weeks or days:
1️⃣ Move more, sit less (a lack of daily activity is the silent killer of progress)
2️⃣ Know your calories and what you’re consuming (awareness > perfection)
3️⃣ Strength train 2-3x a week (muscle is your metabolism’s best friend and the longevity essential)
That’s it.
Everything else is icing. And it can be great icing (if you want it and it enriches your life) but you need the cake first.
Most people never change because they won’t embrace the boring long enough to see the magic! Because it’s not exciting; it’s not IG worthy.

Let’s talk about mindset! Last night, my husband and I had a spontaneous late-night date: cheeseburgers + fries at McDonald’s. Watch for the proof. 🍔❤️
The biggest hurdle I see on fitness journeys when working with women? Mindset.
People think it has to be perfect, one “off” meal and suddenly the whole week is ruined, progress gone, back to square one. And we throw in the towel!
Truth:
This isn’t all-or-nothing. Perfection is the enemy of long term success. 
It’s lifelong consistency, not a perfect streak.
A spontaneous burger that caused an overage of calories doesn’t derail us, it is part of making choices, embracing them, moving on. Keep going!
