Según el budismo la primera ley del universo es la impermanencia, eso quiere decir el constante CREAR. La creatividad es de dónde vinimos y toda la naturaleza se sustenta en ESA su primera ley. Hace más de 10 años sabemos gracias a la ciencia que el efecto del arte en nuestro cerebro es similar al que tiene mirar a la persona amada: aumenta el flujo de sangre al cerebro hasta un 10%. Descubrieron que la misma parte del cerebro que se excita cuando te enamoras de alguien se estimula cuando observas obras de arte o imágenes creativas y bellas.
According to Buddhism the first rule of the universe is impermanence, that means the constant CREATE. Creativity is where we came from and all nature is based on THAT. For more than 10 years we have known now that the effect of art on our brain is similar to that of looking at a loved one: it increases blood flow to the brain by up to 10%. They found that the same part of the brain that gets excited when you fall in love with someone gets excited when you look at art pieces, creative artwork or beauty.

Nací un día como hoy y me críe en un pequeño pueblo frente al mar.. en Perú.
Me he permitido viajar por el mundo y por supuesto desobedecer muchas normas sociales.. muchos errores también.
Me he sentido ridículo, me he sentido orgulloso, me he sentido hermoso, me he sentido horrible, me he sentido amado, me he sentido humillado..
Me permití y elegí sentir de muchas maneras diferentes.. y gracias a todo eso hoy me siento vivo.
Honestamente no encuentro mayor regalo de cumpleaños que eso.
Gracias infinitamente por permitirme Inter-ser con ustedes.

I was born one day like today and I grew up in a small town next to the sea... in Peru.
I allowed myself to travel the world and of course disobey many social norms... and many mistakes too.
I have felt ridiculous, I have felt proud, I have felt beautiful, I have felt horrible, I have felt loved, I have felt humiliated...
I allowed myself and chose to feel in many different ways... and because of that, today I feel alive.
With total honestly I can't find a better birthday present than that.
Thank you for allowing me to Inter-being with you.

Dicen los maestros que el cambio es la primera y más importante ley en el universo, la impermanencia. Cuántas veces la vida cambió mis planes por completo y como dice la sabia joven maestra Luchi Aicardi: “Es la oportunidad para estirar la paciencia, humildad y el corazón”
