She received her annual flu shot to help protect her patients, family, and community. Vaccination remains one of the simplest and most effective ways to reduce the risk of severe illness and keep everyone healthier. 🌸

The flu can affect anyone, but complications can be especially serious for pregnant women, young children, and older adults. If you haven’t gotten your flu shot yet, consider this your reminder. 💗

Fun fact: she remembered she’s left-handed and switched arms just in time! 😅✨
