Caregiver burnout is real — especially in hospice and palliative care.

Caring for patients with terminal illnesses requires compassion, presence, and emotional strength. But without boundaries and intentional self-care, emotional exhaustion and compassion fatigue can slowly take over.

If you work in hospice care, healthcare, or support end-of-life patients, this is your reminder:

You are allowed to feel.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to protect your mental health.

Preventing caregiver burnout is not selfish — it is professional sustainability.
