All of our therapists are fully licensed in the State of Florida, they have Masters and Doctorate degrees, as well as certifications in strength conditioning, and lymphedema/cancer rehabilitation programs. We are here for you and we are working for you. We are so excited to be offering telehealth Physical Therapy Sessions. We will be one of the first hybrid companies in Miami. We will from this point forward have available virtual sessions as well as in clinic sessions. So many patients have said to me I wish I had a PT at home. Well now you you we can connect from the comfort of your home. We are happy to be presenting a platform for these visits. Finding new alternatives is how to adapt to new normals. As gyms are closed. What are we to do? Today I caught a glimpse so many people walking, cycling and jogging. It made me so happy to see people during these trying times taking control of their lives and giving to themselves. As we detach from our reality and enter our temporary new reality. I would like to show you 3 of my most favorite “make me feel better stretches” all stretches can be done 3 times each time holding your stretch for a count of 30 seconds. What is most important during stretches is breathing deeply. The deeper you breath the more your muscle can lengthen and the more benefit you you get. Try these a three he’s.
