I always thought my children were the ones growing up, I found out I was growing too. My kids have taught me so much, starting with my pregnancy and postpartum journey. This transformative period, known as matrescence, is a profound evolution into motherhood. As my children grow, I too evolve, discovering strengths, depths, and resilience I never knew I had. Motherhood is not just about nurturing our children but also about nurturing ourselves and embracing the continuous journey of growth and transformation.
