I’m back and guess what…
Today it’s my 50th birthday!!! Beyond grateful to have made it till here, fill with joy, love and health.
So let me share with you what my muse brought to me for this birthday….
EVOLVING🦋💖
Reaching half a century of life
I found myself celebrating
what has been done,
what has been achieved,
the times I enjoyed,
the times I danced, and
the times I cried.
Five decades...
Half a century...
Fifty years.
Full of challenges and feats,
of leaps of faith,
of conquests of new horizons,
of children and family,
of career and vocation,
of creation, rupture,
and transformation.
Of friends who stay, and
friends who leave.
Of won and lost battles.
Of moments full of joy and
moments of pain and sorrow.
My own process of self-discovery
and self-flagellation,
dancing to the sound
of this Yin-Yang,
that we call life
which invariably
forces us to evolve.
Evolution that sometimes
Put us in full motion and
other times puts us in stagnation.
But that always,
at the end of the day,
It transforms us and,
reminds us
that we are no more...
that a tiny speck
of a diverse and magical universe
that flows at its own tempo.
