This year’s Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Kickball challenge was a Canes reunion and my UM AT Masters students did an amazing job giving back for such a great cause 🙏🏾 This year we were all ladies and represented well stretching participants, doing some first aid and spot assessments as needed for our participating athletes 🤗🙌🏾🙌🏾

Even Sebastian joined in on the fun this year 🧡💚🙌🏾

A big thank you to for having us! A big thank you to my friend and fellow Cane and for letting me be a part of such a great event to help raise money for Cystic Fibrosis annually 🙌🏾✊🏽 💜

Another year giving back at the Dolphins Cancer Challenge with my .msat group 🙌🏾 I love being a part of this wonderful charity every year and contributing through what I love to do most ❤️ providing recovery services 🤗 Our students did an amazing job and with such amazing energy I am so proud to be a part of this group 🙏🏾

Last night was a night to remember 🫶🏽 Even though my Canes didn’t win Im still proud of them and the amazing season they had 🙌🏾 A big thank you to my friend Ron Firman for helping make this night possible! He knew how important it was for me to be there and I appreciate you greatly! Until next season its still always GO CANES 🙌🏾🙌🏾💚🧡

This patient was told 2 years ago she needed knee surgery. With a little maintenance we keep bringing her knees back ✊🏽 First pic was without 5 months of treatment you can see the swelling you can barely make out her kneecap and a lot of pressure and pain in knee.
After first treatment, pain and pressure reduced but still some intracapsular swelling and medial edema.
One week later session 2, no pain or pressure knee cap is back 😝✊🏽. This is why I love what I do 😍🦵

This rehab was different and fun working with .fit during his post operative process✊🏽 He has a great understanding of anatomy and trains people daily on strengthening and conditioning their bodies 💪🏽 So working with him after his triceps rupture was exciting from a rehab perspective working on scar tissue to prevent limited mobility, knowing when to progress as the body is healing and getting back to what he loves to do without compromising his surgery ✊🏽 The reward for me comes in seeing him back lifting gradually and training people again at full throttle with his amazing energy ✨Love what I do ❤️✊🏽

Scoliosis affects Americans each year… Scoliosis doesn’t have to be a limitation but rather it can be overcome and adapted too through physical therapy. Usain Bolt did not allow it to limit him in anyway. I have given a few key strengthening exercises for those dealing with scoliosis no matter how small the curvature.
