Favorite travel tips!
1. Canvas bag- you will need it for shopping or travel beach/ski
2. Heating pad. Trust me if it’s a cold location you will be using this to sleep at nights and I love using it on flights. Heating in EU isn’t the same as US. Plus any action vacations can use some recovery time with a heating pad.
3. Compression socks. Long haul flights and trips to high altitudes these are a must have!

Amino acids- they’re back…..but this time they serve a real purpose! Taking amino acids after surgery or traumatic injury, can reduce your recovery time, improve scarring and prevent muscle loss.
It’s really hard to eat after surgery and protein becomes incredibly important as well as amino acids. One thing we can do is get down a scoop of amino acids every eight hours to help our recovery and this is the time that I highly recommend taking amino acids.

Hydration travel hack! Add electrolytes to your water so that your body can absorb the water that you’re drinking without having to overload on water and p*e the entire flight.

If your creatine dosage is increasing should you split it up? Depends on a few factors
1. How much are you taking?
2. Does it bother your stomach?

We don’t have much or any research to really show the difference between one 5g dose vs 10 or 15g or splitting it into 2-3 doses so for now the choice is yours. However you will be most consistent is the best way to do it !

I have been telling you this for years!!! Pura Vida is glorified junk food bc the calories and macros are so insanely high. Plus sodium content!!! I refuse to eat there unless it’s a salad without dressing or a coffee. And ya’ll think I’m kidding but now we have Pura Evidence… not to mentioned it’s also carísimo(expensive) 💵

Does this change your thoughts on eating here or will you still consider it a healthy option in South Florida and NYC?

Creatine Monohydrate Vs HCL

I always suggest Monohydrate because it’s the most researched sports supplement with amazing data. If it’s not broken why fix it ? BUT HCL could help people who have tried all of the ways to reduce stomach bloating with Monohydrate and still can’t get relief.

The molecule is breaks down better in liquids. Keep in mind it is a bit more pricey but if you get bloating or GI issues from monohydrate, switch to HCL. Nog because it’s more effective, but because it’s more soluble and easier on digestion.
