HOW TO AMBI-DOODLE

This is a fun and enlightening art process that I was inspired to begin a number of years ago. Hope you enjoy playing with it!!

Relax, grab markers, some paper, think of something you want some clarity about. Take two pencils, one in each hand, close your eyes, keep in mind your intention/question, and simply move your hands around... doodle...

Then put the pencils down, open your eyes, take a breath, see what you've doodled. Now take colored pencils, markers, crayons, etc. and start drawing and coloring however you're inspired to. No shoulds, just enjoy...and then be surprised by what came through to answer your initial question.

Have fun with this....I very rarely share the whole process, but here it is.
I've been doing it for years and my clients love it too!!

Do you talk to your grandmother? I do.

Mine died when I was 5 years old and my parents and I were living with her and grandpa.

She took me with her everywhere she went... literally everywhere. But this part Iicular day she's going put shopping and she refused to take me.

I was crying. My mother was crying. Grandma was firm. I was not going with her that day.

She's suffered a cerebral hemorrhage while she was out and died later that evening. She knew, and she saved me from trauma. Makes me cry, even now, all these years later.

And yes I talk to her. Just wondering if you talk to your loved ones who've passed.

Years ago I started a little notebook to keep track of what at the time, seemed like crazy synchronicities.

And then at some point, I stopped because I got so used to the fact that they just kept happening. It was part of my learning curve. And it will be part of yours too, once you pay attention.

I am an Intuitive Guide, Empathic Healer, Spiritual Mentor (and former clinical psychotherapist for 22 years) who will help you to re-connect you with the some parts of yourself you perhaps thought were lost, parts you might be longing for, without realizing it. Emotional, Psychological, Spiritual and Practical is the sort of guidance and support I offer.
