Congratulations on finishing Week 2!! We are 1/3 into our challenge and I know many of us are feeling stronger and more encouraged than ever!! And if you’re feeling stuck, here is a tip: think of your WHY you’re doing this⁉️ and our why usually involves other people:

We want to dance and be more active to enjoy activities with your love one or with friends. You may want to jump and run with your kids or grandchildren! You may want to look and feel fantastic for the holidays or for a special milestone: an anniversary, a wedding, or a trip that you have coming up. Our why usually involves others!

So as we start Week 3 envision yourself doing, feeling, and looking how you picture yourself in the future and have that in the forefront of your mind!! Let’s focus on our WHY even when we are feeling tired or discouraged. Many people have accomplished their goals with persistent and determination and you ARE one of them!! 💪🏼 ✨💖✨ let’s rest tomorrow and hit it hard on Monday!! 🤩👏🏼
